How it works:
Step 1 - Send me your requirements
Place your order and email me at laura@laurafrancesheitzman.com with your requirements.
Please send me the desired photo you’d like me to work from (must be good quality so it is clear for me to see facial features - not pixilated) and any details on colour/background.
Step 2: Illustration Process
Once I receive your email with these details the countdown begins and I will email you a proof within 14 days. If you require any revisions, 2 are included in this order – just send me an email with what you’d like to change and I’ll be onto it right away!
Step 3: Confirmation of final design
Once you confirm, I will post the printed illustration within 7 days.
If I do not receive a response within 3 days, I will mark the order as complete and print and send the drawing. Please make sure to check your junk file 🙂
Delivery Time:
Providing you do not need any revisions and I receive all requirements and photos from you straight away, estimated delivery time from the date of purchase is 4 weeks for UK based customers and most likely 1-2 weeks longer for international customers so please bare this in mind when you order. If you need the illustration competing quickly and you are happy to print yourself, my digital illustration orders might be a better fit.
