How it works:
Step 1 - Send me your requirements
Place your order and email me at laura@laurafrancesheitzman.com with your requirements.
Please send me the desired photo you’d like me to work from (must be good quality so it is clear for me to see facial features - not pixilated) and any details on colour/background. Please let me know what size you would like this to be drawn to.
Step 2: Illustration Process
Once I receive your email with these details the countdown begins and I will email you a proof within 14 days. If you require any revisions, 2 are included in this order – just send me an email with what you’d like to change and I’ll be onto it right away!
Step 3: Confirmation of final design
The illustration is complete!
If I do not receive a response within 3 days, I will mark the order as complete. Please make sure to check your junk file 🙂
Delivery Time:
Providing you do not need any revisions and I receive all requirements and photos from you straight away, estimated delivery time from the date of purchase is 2 weeks so please bare this in mind when you order.
